I am working with the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) to identify and connect families at risk for involvement with Child Welfare services to community-based prevention resources.I identified gaps in the existing systems via qualitative and quantitative analyses; and I\'m currently designing and testing strategies to address those gaps across ODHS departments and community partners. I am also supporting a pilot testing the impact of unconditional cash resources on families\' future involvement with child welfare agencies.I manage key stakeholder relationships with government clients and multiple partner organizations.
