I work in IT and digital workplace — making sure the technology people use every day actually works for them, not just the people managing it.Over the past 10 years I’ve built and run internal technology functions across global organisations, covering everything from software and hardware asset management to SaaS governance, vendor negotiations, compliance and audit defence. More recently I’ve been focused on the digital workplace side — M365 adoption, workflow automation, AI and Copilot programmes, and making sure the tools businesses invest in are actually being used well.I’m at my best when there’s something to build or improve. I like working in organisations where technology is taken seriously as a business enabler, and where there’s room to put proper foundations in place.Outside of the day job I’m interested in how AI is changing the way people work — not just the hype, but the practical side of helping teams actually adopt it.
