ABOUT APOORVA KAPADIA
Hello, I\'m Apoorva Kapadia, a Food Scientist by profession. I have completed my Bachelors of Technology in Biotechnology from Manipal Institute of Technology. Recently, I have graduated in MSc Food Science from the University of Leeds. Food technology, food processing, food safety and preservation, and food and beverage production are among my primary interests. Previously, I have interned at four food production units, including sugar and ethanol, dairy and milk byproducts, bakery, and a brewery. Working in production units and analyzing laboratory results were the most important learning experiences from these internships. I want to explore more about the food and beverage industries and keep learning constantly, so that I can help to improve the efficiency of the processes. I am also interested in designing lab scale protocols for analysis and research of new products in the food industry. I am always open for discussions related to food industries.
