   Lead development efforts, including coding and customization in Apex and Lightning components, design & implement Integration with other systems. • Manage data modeling, migration, and governance and to ensure data security and compliance with best practices. • Maintain technical documentation for the Salesforce implementation, including architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, system configurations. These are maintained in a Confluence space for better visibility. • Mentor and lead offshore team of Salesforce developers, interns. • Help teams troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions. • Participate in product backlog refinement sessions to understand the Salesforce-related user stories and technical requirements.
