   Architecting an end-to-end RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline to automate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for OCI’s mission-critical ticketing service, implementing vector embedding and multi-modal AI agent to collect and synthesize high-dimensional telemetry data (logs/metrics) with unstructured technical documentation. Engineered and delivered the mission-critical Tier 1 Dataplane APIs for the Oracle Ticketing System (OTS), delivering critical REST API in a highly scalable and fault-tolerant system, delivering a performance of 10 RPS, used by Oracle teams. Led a high-priority initiative to optimize critical APIs for the Oracle Ticketing System, which on load can handle 300 RPS, diagnosed and resolved critical bottlenecks, reduced critical API latency by over 95%, from 30+ seconds to <1 second. and ensuring SLO compliance. Architected and delivered the time constraint initiative for Database Modernization and Disaster Recovery, drove the project from POC to MVP, consolidating 3 production databases into 1 to establish the new DR solution for OTS, achieving an RTO of 30 minutes. Architected and delivered a new, decoupled Automation Service for OTS, pioneering the use of the Camunda framework for asynchronous queue processing. The service manages all scheduled and action-based rules, triggering workflows and multi-channel notifications while enabling independent evolution of core business logic. Pioneered and architected a black-box integration testing framework (Karate) for the Dataplane API to resolve significant testing bottlenecks. This initiative is estimated to have reduced post-deployment regression failures by over 75% by enabling developers to validate changes with every pull request, catching critical bugs weekly that previously took days of manual effort to find. Drove all partner team integrations as the lead SME achieving operation maturity, ensure operational readiness for clients, and upstream and downstream services.
