My work involves collaborating closely with our machine learning team to optimize pricing strategies that not only enhance customer experiences but also drive significant revenue growth.Before Ixigo, I had an enriching stint at Atlassian, where I played a pivotal role in scaling the Jira platform for some of our largest customers. By introducing Issue Limits, we managed to handle over 100 billion issue reads annually—an achievement that underscored my commitment to enhancing product performance under pressure. My journey there also included leading the development of Site Optimizer, an analytics dashboard that significantly improved site usability for enterprise clients.
