I\'m a Head of Operations & Project Management with a track record of building things from scratch and making them work better - faster. I’ve spent the last few years leading ops and scaling teams in fast-moving B2B SaaS startups, where I’ve helped launch products, integrate mergers, and build out departments from the ground up.I thrive in cross-functional environments where there’s a big challenge and not always a clear roadmap. Whether it’s aligning product, engineering, and GTM teams or setting up the right processes to scale, I bring structure without slowing things down. People know me as a positive force; a self-starter who just gets things done.What I\'ve brought to the table- Holistic Business understanding: I\'m generalist - I\'ve worked in many departments (Customer Support, QA, Project Management, Operations) which enables me to relate to most departments and their needs- Cross-functional collaboration: I built two departments from scratch, and implemented company wide procedures and release processes through project management, and company wide OKR tracking to ensure company alignment. Most of these are still being utilized 5-7 years later- Project & Program execution: I oversaw complex and technical projects and programs for many years, including the most recent company merger integration in which the company grew to be 50% larger than previously- Company alignment: Rallying teams and stakeholders towards a common goal is what I enjoy doing every day. For the last few years, and with my Senior Leadership colleagues, I\'ve ensured that each project successfully aligned to our company objectives and strategic initiatives.
