I’m a healthcare professional that thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. The person that’s just as comfortable coordinating clinic operations as leading a team or solving complex system challenges. With my Master’s in Healthcare Administration, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Project Management Certificate under my belt, I’ve built a strong foundation in both strategy and execution.At UCLA Health, I currently serve as a Preoperative Clinic Coordinator, where I manage schedules, train new employees, oversee medical records, and act as the bridge between patients, providers, and facilities. I take pride in wearing many hats, and I’m often the go-to person when things need to get done smoothly and correctly.My background spans over 10 years in customer service and community outreach, working with people from all walks of life. I’m passionate about improving systems, elevating patient experiences, and leading with empathy and integrity.
