Alder Hey Hospital is one of the World’s biggest and busiest children’s hospitals. •Responsible for Windows 10 and Office 365 migrations (Windows 7 to Windows10; Office 2010 to Office 365; Exchange 2010 to O365 Hybrid; SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint Online). •Delivering change to MS Infrastructure, Applications and O365 to over employees. •Responsible for creating and delivering project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. •At kick off, ran impact analysis, carried out high-level risk assessment, formulated an engagement schedule / roadmap and established implementation plan. •Minimised exposure and risk on programme by managing project risk and implementing a mitigation process •Liaising with the team and diverse groups of stakeholders to ensure effective communication and governance. •Working with leads to ensure the projects’ objectives are turned into tangible deliverables. •Delivering progress reports, proposals, and other required documentation to various audiences, including project team, internal and external sponsors and key stakeholders. •Responsible for providing key RAG status reports and ensuring quality gate and change process is as per Project Management best practice. •Responsible for ensuring project delivers pre-agreed smooth handover into BAU. •Successfully leading seamless digital transition eg: migration across numerous different platforms and estates, each with their own specific requirements. •Playing a leading role in developing integrated care pathways and facilitating innovation •Developing mechanisms to facilitate the involvement of patients and the public in the development and monitoring of services •Responsible for reviewing and maintaining an overview of relevant research, best practice, topic-specific literature, national updates and benchmarking reports produced by NHS partner organisations.
