With years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, I have developed strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse individuals. My ability to adapt quickly, combined with my passion for delivering exceptional service, has allowed me to excel in roles across hospitality and team supervision. Beyond my customer service expertise, I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering, which provided me with a strong foundation in technology, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. To further advance my career in the IT field, I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Data Engineering and Analytics at the Canadian College of Technology and Business. My goal is to leverage my technical education alongside my diverse professional experiences to build innovative solutions, optimize processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Previously, I worked as a Roto Artist at Prime Focus World, where I edited movie frames to remove unwanted elements and enhance visual effects. This role improved my attention to detail, precision, and skills in Fusion software, helping create high-quality post-production results. I am eager to continue growing, applying my technical knowledge and customer service experience to dynamic and innovative teams.
