Working under the Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations and in partnership with the Corporate and Foundations team – the Senior Manager of Foundation Relations will manage and grow the major gift grant and foundation giving efforts. This individual will manage a portfolio of existing relationships, identify new foundation prospects, and will develop and implement successful cultivation and solicitation strategies for foundation donors. The Senior Manager of Foundation Relations, along with the Senior Director and with collaboration with the Individual Giving team, will develop a strategic fundraising plan to support both annual and long-term objectives to meet the organizations comprehensive fundraising goals.
