About Annie Pham
I’ve always been passionate about behavioral health, starting on the front lines as a Certified Behavior Technician, providing ABA therapy and supporting children and families directly. That experience taught me empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of helping students grow.Currently, as a Staffing Consultant at Ro Health, I get to bring that perspective to staffing by placing paraeducators, classroom aides, and behavior technicians in schools where they can support students in need. Having walked in their shoes, I’m able to connect with providers personally and ensure they’re set up to make a real impact in the classrooms they serve.
