I am a seasoned HR leader and an author, passionate about helping people and organisations design brighter, more intentional lives.My debut book, The Time-Energy Toolkit, is written for professionals who work long hours yet feel they’re running out of time. Instead of “quick hacks,” it introduces research-backed frameworks like Bright Energy vs Dark Energy, habit-stacking, and purpose alignment to help readers reclaim focus, regulate emotions, and redesign their days with energy at the core. The book is especially relevant for Indian managers and knowledge workers navigating the paradox of busyness without real productivity.In my professional role, I serve as Head HR for the West and East Zone at Godrej Properties, one of India’s leading real estate developers. With over 15 years of experience across HR, marketing, and sales, I bring a unique cross-functional perspective to people and business transformation. Some of my key focus areas include:• Leadership Development: enabling leaders at all levels to grow in confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence.• Culture Building: anchoring respect, autonomy, and accountability in daily practices while driving diversity and inclusion.• Growth & Development: designing workshops, learning and career journeys, toolkits, frameworks, and interventions that improve both people outcomes and business performance.I was recognized as an Economic Times Young Leader (2017) and am a certified HR Business Partner (HRBP) with expertise in Learning & Development. My approach combines strategic business focus with deep empathy - helping employees and organizations rise together.At the heart of my work is my philosophy of adding Brightness to people’s lives. I call this the Bright Life Philosophy: the belief that consistent learning, gratitude, and small daily shifts create profound long-term change and help lead a life of Brightness. This shows up not only in my book but also in my newsletter, The Foundation Project, where I share reflections on leadership, productivity, and self-growth.Outside of work, I have been learning the Sitar for over a decade. Originally from Bhopal, I am an alumnus of NIT Bhopal and IIM Kozhikode, and today live in Mumbai with my parents and Manoj, my partner of fifteen years.I see life as a journey of becoming - shaped by reflection, kindness, and purpose.
