Currently working as an Apprentice Trainee in the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, gaining hands-on experience across both wet lab and dry lab workflows. The role involves developing technical expertise, and supporting product development processes from the ground up. Previous experience in a multidisciplinary role provided exposure to wet lab studies, data analysis, instrument calibration, technical documentation, and aspects of scientific communication.
