About Anthony Damato
Life motto: organize teams, deliver maximum value, and eliminate waste. My greatest achievements in life have been a result of teamwork. As a certified Project Manager and Cybersecurity professional, I was given the opportunity by a senior executive to advance the IT department and business continuity. We started with the lean principle of 5’s to guide our effort to organize the NetOps floor. We used effective project management scheduling and work breakdown to reduce risk of our physical server upgrade. At the end of our operation, we had streamlined the NetOps section, upgraded our infrastructure, and forged a strong team relationship. Most important, we did this without any additional spending. This is one example of many, where my life motto was used to organize a team, deliver value to the business, and eliminate waste. I have found purpose and utility in this motto. Its application is universal across a myriad of technology sections: cybersecurity, data integration, technical project management, enterprise service desk operations, system administration, and software development. In these instances and more not mentioned, I have been able to develop a high performing team focused on delivering value and improving operational efficiencies.
