With Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, I was engaged to develop a team of seven individuals through the 2022 fiscal year. With a large number of projects in the pipeline, the team required guidance in prioritizing and actioning tasks as directed by our PMO and other internal IT departments. As the department manager, I helped allocate resources and organize funding tied to CapEx and OpEx projects originating from 2021 and into 2022. Working with a great team, we worked through implementation of Cisco ISE, network segmentation, network refresh, as well as multimillion dollar acquisitions and expansions. We supported all six major MLH hospitals as well as approximately 40 localized satellite clinics and medical office buildings.
