I continue to maintain our customer data with new customer onboarding, cleansing stale or inactive data, and ensuring proper assignments. I partnered with Salesforce IT Product Owner to successfully redeveloped Salesforce to better align with our business needs. This involved: Redesigning Object Functionalities, Prioritizing Enhancements, Creating Training Programs and Incentives, and Data Management.I am passionate about optimizing sales processes.
