Provide Tier 1 mission-critical support to 60+ FAA users weekly, resolving identity and access-related issues across multiple platforms- Manage Okta authentication for both internal and external users using Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Workforce Identity, including password resets, account unlocks, and resolving MFA enrollment and authenticator app issues- Serve as an Authentication Administrator in Microsoft Entra ID via Privileged Identity Management (PIM), resetting MFA methods and supporting just-in-time privileged access- Manage Active Directory accounts, including attribute updates and PIV exemption-based security group assignments- Troubleshoot internal FAA application access issues, working across legacy and modern authentication systems- Utilize Command Prompt and PowerShell to perform user diagnostics, Group Policy updates, and access control configurations- Handle 15–20 ServiceNow tickets daily, adhering to ITIL best practices for incident response and change management
