As a dedicated and passionate professional social worker specializing in disaster management, I am committed to creating meaningful change by addressing the critical needs of communities affected by crises. With a robust academic foundation and hands-on experience in disaster preparedness, mitigation, and response, I strive to provide effective, empathetic, and impactful solutions that enhance resilience and promote recovery. My professional journey has equipped me with the skills to manage complex challenges, from coordinating humanitarian logistics to training community members in disaster risk reduction. I believe that genuine care and a people-centered approach are key to fostering trust, strengthening community bonds, and ensuring sustainable recovery. In my recent role at the Institute of Land and Disaster Management (ILDM), I have gained invaluable experience in managing training programs, coordinating fieldwork, and designing disaster management modules that bridge academic knowledge with real-world application. I also had the privilege of delivering impactful sessions on topics such as Kerala\'s vulnerability profile, disaster management planning tools, and community-based disaster risk reduction.
