Why we exist?Traditional hiring is broken. Resumes are outdated, and recruiters miss real talent behind paper credentials. We replaces text with video to showcase skills, personality, and potential—making hiring faster, fairer, and human. QUANTUMHUNTS is the first video based recruitment and professional networking platform launched in India, for the world. We started our operations in Jan 2020, amid pandemic we have won 20+ clients and counting for recruitment solution just by word of mouth across India, successfully completed corporate training programs for startups in Bangalore and strategised end to end HR process improvement for them. As part of campus to corporate initiative, we have hired and upskilled 400+ candidates for internships in various domains Tech, HR, Marketing, Graphic Designing and Finance. The interesting part is most of our alumni’s got placed in corporate and startup’s after the successful completion of internship and our Courses. Connected with candidates in weekend virtual drives/webinars as part of our upskill India initiative and clarified their queries about jobs and recruitment industry.QH Upskill India Initiative:We offer training programs for candidates in multiple domain to upskill them for the future Industry requirements. Our trainers are subject matter experts and have created their own niche in the domain.
