Developed and implemented the people strategy for Global Customer solutions, worked to elevate the skills and capabilities of the team, and created a high-performance culture of innovation. • Accelerated Solutions revenue by providing customized and complex solutions of value to major UPS customers and influencing them to balance network capacity with volume availability. • Co-led the post-acquisition integration of two startup companies, Roadie and Delivery Solutions, into the UPS organization and created an innovative plan to drive business plan goals. Drove the overall commercial strategy, broke down internal silos, and navigated cultural barriers to enable the initiative’s success.
