Lead strategic partnerships, advance professional development initiatives and manage communications for the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Develop conflict resolution programs with private employers, government agencies, and community-based organizations, thereby expanding the Institute\'s impact on issues of public service and diversity. Teach workshops and professional training on civil discourse and public policy writing. Envision and execute relevant events, symposia, and webinars for scholarly and practitioner audiences. Principally write and design all Straus Institute-related content and communications, including the annual Inside Straus magazine and articles, monthly Common Ground e-newsletter, Surf Report blog stories, press releases, and promotional emails. Serve as Deputy Diversity Officer on School of Law’s Diversity Committee.
