I’m an undergraduate researcher passionate about understanding complex biological systems through computational and experimental methods. My current work at the UC Davis Bioinformatics Core involves analyzing single-cell RNA sequencing data using R, command line tools, and high-performance computing environments.I’m particularly interested in how AI and computational models can be applied to genomics and precision medicine. My experience spans from data analysis and pipeline development to leadership as Director of R&D at the AI Student Collective.Beyond research, I’ve also presented workshops on science communication and contributed to making science more accessible as an editor for Aggie Transcript.I’m eager to contribute to research that bridges biology and computation — and collaborate on projects that push boundaries in data-driven discovery.
