In my previous position as a Telecom Engineer, I was responsible for the maintenance, deployment, and upgrades of our Cisco telephony environment, contact center software, including our contact center QA systems. My primary responsibility was the deployment and management of our Webex environment and all video conferencing within Stericycle. This included but was not limited to vetting new functionality and features, creating documentation and user training, deploying video conferencing units, maintaining our environment and upgrading as necessary. I worked to keep track of industry and platform changes so that we are always working with the greatest features and focused on creating a pleasant end user experience.
