Serve as Score Coordinator on all Score-to-Picture projects at Bleeding Fingers Music, portfolio of high profile film, television, video game and experiential projects• Serve as Senior Creative Coordinator for Bleeding Fingers, Extreme Music & Sony Music Publishing • Plan & administer budget costs, manpower, and equipment required for projects as credited Score Coordinator• Maintain and update project tracking documents, calendars, and assets• Source and hire external instrumentalists, music teams and recording studios within designated creative and budgetary frameworks• Ensure assets to external music teams are maintained, updated, and delivered, including various roles such as Recording Studios, Contractors, Orchestrators, and Mix Engineers• Adhere to established digital asset management protocol and ensure all relevant information is archived for Score To Picture projects• Create, maintain, and optimize systems for efficiency and organization in the post-production process• Responsible for asset tagging BF hardware and tracking software licenses• Book travel and compile and submit expense reports for the creative team• Maintain and update account access to client file sharing systems including PiBox, BOX, and Aspera• Stay up to date with the latest plugin and library releases for production/composition• Administer projects within time, scope, and budget constraints while maintaining BF\'s highest quality standards• Coordinate and monitor incoming projects to ensure a smooth workflow as projects transition from the accounts team to the creative teams.
