Aoife was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2021. She enjoys a varied practice, with a focus on civil litigation, public inquiries and inquests. Aoife has also gained experience in criminal matters at both Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court levels, for both defence and prosecution. Aoife has gained experience in civil litigation and appears regularly in the County Court in respect of personal injury, credit hire, insolvency, landlord/tenant disputes and protection from harassment injunctions. Aoife has a keen interest in public inquiries and inquests, as well as judicial review, having been instructed to represent various public bodies, and private clients.
