ABOUT AOIFE GREGUS

With over 20 years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) products, I am a CPG leader, collaborator, and mentor who drives strategic business objectives and delivers results. As the Director Sales and Marketing at Ray Management Group, a holistic agency focused on brand building across mass retail channels, I represent top tier brands in the marketplace and have a strong portfolio of successful brand launches and continued management.I have a proven track record of analyzing and developing annual business plans and forecasts, meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals, managing various trade spend programs, and presenting in joint business planning meetings. I approach business with a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, understanding the details of a situation, generating options, and prioritizing needs. I develop trust in relationships, through strong listening skills, understanding of the recipient\'s needs, and follow through on proposed actions. I also train, support, and develop my direct reports\' skills and talents, while aligning their actions with the employer\'s brand vision. I am proficient in various computer programs, such as Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, Teams, SAP, Exceedra, and BI/BW reporting, and I am experienced in pilot project programs, providing feedback and solutions for the organization. I am also a self-taught artist (@aoifemaguireart) and a yoga teacher in training, exploring my passions and interests outside of work.
