Whilst I was Assistant Manager for a Cancer Research charity shop, I developed a strong sense for prioritising multiple tasks and delegating roles to my volunteers to ensure the shop was performing at an optimal level. My shop had its best and record sales in the past weeks, even winning an award for top sales in the division, all due to the hard work of myself, my manager and my team.
