Develop original apparel product designs, build tech packs, and oversee the product and sample execution each season.Communicate with overseas offices and mills on a daily occurrence to execute accurate and attractive samples in the timeline required.Manage all account specific requirements, from CAD curation to fabric sourcing and more. Adhere to the production calendar and deadlines required.Consistently shop the market and research alternating trends for inspiration and product opportunities.Plan the line according to style plans, customer needs and emerging trends.Inspect samples, lab dips, and strike offs - enabling top of the line production.Create tech packs, provide detailed construction comments, and flat sketches. Partner with other departments to ensure that assortment reflects the right concept direction, SKU plan, and styling needs. Responsible for all approvals, corrections, and changes to all product by revising SPEC per Fit to PP.
