ABOUT ANYA SIMPSON

I realize that I can’t change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world and that’s a great start. When we begin working together on selling your home or finding a new one to buy, you will have an advisor and partner in me throughout this complex, and often daunting, process. Originally from Russia, I moved to US to earn undergraduate degree in business administration. This knowledge, coupled with the professional certification in project management, has given me with skills that I use daily in real estate to the benefit of my clients. When working with me, you can always expect timely and effective communication, and above all – honesty and transparency. I understand what it is like to stand in your shoes. Having lived all around the Greater Indianapolis area for the last several decades and relocating quite a few times has given me appreciation towards the journey you are on – a perspective I gained through personal experience. Now, a longtime resident of the area, I navigated my two children through the Hamilton County school system, successfully pursued a corporate business career, and have been an active artist exhibiting my work across the state of Indiana. This afforded me to gain an intimate understanding of the diverse needs of individuals and families in the community.
