ABOUT ÁINE EYAFA BILÉ ASSOC

I’m a senior Talent leader with over 10 years’ experience helping high-growth, purpose-led businesses attract and retain exceptional people. My background began in luxury fashion and premium consumer brands, and has since evolved across technology, creative and retail, combining hands-on hiring with strategic workforce planning, employer branding and culture development.I currently lead Talent Acquisition for Nyetimber and The Lakes Distillery, partnering with leadership to hire across head office, vineyards and distillery operations. Both brands sit at the forefront of British luxury: Nyetimber for its world-class English sparkling wine and heritage-led craftsmanship, and The Lakes Distillery for its award-winning whisky and premium spirits. My focus is on finding talent who reflect the quality, creativity and ambition that define both houses.Previously, I worked as the stand-alone Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ROLI, supporting founders and executive teams through rapid growth and transformation. I also founded and ran a coaching and recruitment consultancy, advising start-ups and individuals on practical, people-focused solutions.At the heart of my work is a belief that great people build exceptional brands.
