   As a Senior Strategic Project Manager at the Texas-DOT, I lead multiple complex and complicated business transformation projects that save the agency millions of dollars. I initiated and guide the agency on Knowledge Management, mentoring 50+ Communities of Practice, designed enterprise Knowledge Fair & Cafe program (gained 90% participation of divisions/districts). I am a Change Champion for the $375M Campus Consolidation project. I designed an enterprise OPM that mentored/developed hundreds of PMs and institutionalized OPM principles and practices,+100 PMPs have been certified since 2016, standardizing PM processes, tools, and templates. Champion of the PMP—presented original contents at PMI Global conferences and LIMs, university commencements, and PMI Chapter Symposia/PDDs.
