Managing seasonal DPC: team of 3D artists executing ~7500 renders per season- Drive workflow/process innovation and efficiency with solution-oriented approach. Implemented fabric digitization workflow for texture and drape that speed up process x4; built workflow for trim digitization with factories that increased external custom development x3; developed custom HDRi and color solution steps for color accuracy - Lead 3D Design Development Pilot. Implemented 3D development process of new styles that shortened physical sample development from 8 to 3 weeks, increased fit intent accuracy to 95% and reduced amount of prototypes produced x2- Develop and Lead 3D training curriculum. Trained 16 designers who within 2 weeks went from 0 skills in CLO3D to executing carry over and new SKU\'s per season - Research and Test integration of external softwares and SaaS to create more efficient and user friendly experience within organization- Create and Lead 3D Club with 30 active member and growing (design, product development and garment development departments)
