Recombinant Protein & Antibody Production- Perform weekly production of 1–2 protein lots at 2–10 L scale using CHO-3E7, CHO-GEnX, and HEK-293E suspension cultures- Consistently managed two seed trains (CHO-3E7 and HEK-293E) to support team-wide production of multiple recombinant protein lots for new product development, manufacturing support, or internal research use- Produced 1-2 recombinant antibody lots per month and one baculovirus expression lot every two months using Sf9 insect cells-Troubleshot expression challenges with new protein targets, improving yields by up to 5x or enabling successful expression of previously non-expressible products-Conducted transient transfections and monitored cell health and viability to ensure optimal protein expression- Performed purification using Protein A/G and Ni-NTA resin columns; verified protein quality and concentration using spectrophotometers and NanoDrop- Bottled and labeled Final Good Inventory (FGI) recombinant antibodies for quality-approved distribution.Quality Control & Documentation- Completed Non-Conformance (NC) reports for equipment failures (e.g, pipettes), assessed impact on affected FGI lots, and implemented appropriate containment actions- Created and executed Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans in response to deviations, ensuring compliance with internal and external ISO standards- Maintained accurate batch records and documentation in alignment with ISO standards and internal SOPs.
