I am a detail oriented and highly motivated recent Loyola Marymount University graduate with a B.B.A. in Management and Leadership and a minor in Theology. At LMU, I held roles as both the Vice President of Administration and the Vice President of Programs for the Delta Zeta Sorority. I have also been the recruitment delegate of the Marians Service Organization at LMU.Through these roles I have gained experience in recruitment, administrative support, and project management. I have also developed strong skills in Microsoft Office, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.    As the Ophthalmic Technician/Medical Biller at Ithaca Eye Care, I primarily perform ophthalmic diagnostic testing as well as take medical histories, code exams, monitor patient flow, and prepare patients for their eye exams. Additionally, I am responsible for coordinating contact lens orders, medical billing, and verifying patient insurance. Some of my other duties are supporting the doctor, patient care staff, and relaying communications to patients. I also occasionally support the front office staff by coordinating phone calls and scheduling patient appointments.
