ABOUT ANYA BAILEY
My career began in Health and Social Care services where I worked as a through Care Officer to Registered Manager over a period of 10 years. Through my management experience I was involved in HR and Learning and Development processes of my staff team and this sparked an interest which I followed through my completion of my PGCE in Further Education and Training and post graduate studies in Human Resource Management and Development. I now work for Circle Health Group (formerly BMI Healthcare) as a Learning and Development professional leading a number of the Institute of Leadership Management Leadership courses alongside my esteemed colleagues and support our hospital sites to develop their leaders and managers.
