ABOUT ANWITA LAL
Anwita is a Leadership Development Facilitator and a Behavioural Assessor with 21 years of industry experience. She graduated in Psychology from Delhi University, did MBA HR from ICFAI Business School-Gurgaon, and EDPHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. She is an AON certified Competency Assessor and an IHRD certified Trainer. Following her internship assignment with Tata Timken, Jamshedpur, she joined CFCL of K K Birla Group and thereafter worked with MeritTrac Services-MEG (Manipal Education Group) and T V Rao Learning Systems Private Limited (TVRLS). Currently, she works in the space of HR/OD, assisting clients in their People capability-building initiatives such as Competency Mapping, Assessment & Development Centers, 360 Degree Feedback System, HRD Audit, and Behavior Skills based training programs, for reputed clients across the country. She is also an empanelled assessor for Behavioral Competency based ADCs. She has been a visiting faculty for HR/OB & Industrial Psychology at Lorven St. Xavier\'s College, Bangalore School of Business Studies, International Institute of Human Resources (IIHR), and GEC Corporate Training Institute.
