   Leading the Horizontal SRE and Automations COE in the IT Service Operations (ITSO) Department within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) LOB. Involved in the initial evaluation & solution architecture for all potential automation opportunities across all of infrastructure - hosting (servers), networks, database, middleware, storage, backup & cloud.
