Collaborated with HR in updating POSH and workplace compliance policies, drive employee awareness initiatives, and coordinate with Internal Committee members, reducing audit observations by 30%. Serve as the primary liaison during labour inspections, managing queries, presenting statutory registers, and ensuring immediate compliance to avoid penalties. Draft and review responses to government notices in collaboration with legal team and maintain comprehensive documentation for issue closure. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all labour compliance matters, supporting cross-functional teams including HR, legal, and finance.
