Hello all, I am Anwesha Kodal, a final year student pursuing M.Sc. Tech in Applied Geophysics at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, with an undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Burdwan. I have a strong background in geophysical methods and geological disciplines, including Geophysical Signal Processing, Gravity, Magnetic, Electromagnetic, and Resistivity Methods, Remote Sensing, Seismic Data Acquisition, Processing, and Interpretation, Earthquake Seismology, Well Logging, Geophysical Inversion, Geothermics and Geodynamics, Satellite Image Processing, GIS, Structural Geology, and Economic Geology. I am passionate about applying these skills to tackle complex geological and geophysical challenges. I also have practical experience in handling real field well log data using PYTHON, focusing on data analysis and processing. Additionally, I am proficient in processing real seismic data using SEISMIC UNIX and TESSERAL, and skilled in MATLAB and Scilab for scientific computing and data analysis. I am eager to contribute my expertise and learnings to the geophysics and geological community, and I am excited about the opportunities to further develop my skills in these areas.
