Background Screening (BGC) ExecutionCoordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers for timely BGC completion.Manage vendor interactions to expedite verifications and create additional BGC packages.Review BGC reports to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.Escalate critical cases to HRBP and handle failed reports. HR Process Optimization & Payroll ManagementEnsure accurate processing of new hire payroll inputs.Validate employee names as per government records before payroll processing.Provide inputs to the benefits team for invoice approvals.Share Benefits & HRBP meeting links with traveling employees. Candidate Experience & Onboarding SupportTrack and share BGC status updates with recruiters and hiring managers.Ensure EasyBoard onboarding formalities, including photo verification.Upload BGC details into EasyBoard and maintain accurate records.Generate BGC clearance certificates and securely manage documentation.
