As a partner in EY’s Assurance practice, I serve a variety of private and publicly held companies, focusing primarily on technology and the life sciences industries. With more than 20 years of public accounting experience, I’ve worked with companies of all sizes and stages and advised my clients on a variety of technical matters ranging from complex revenue, business combination, restructuring, stock compensation transactions and including working through an initial public offering. In addition, I’ve worked extensively on SOX and internal controls rationalization activities and have broad experience in shared service organizations.EY has more than 1,900 people in its San Francisco, San Jose and Redwood Shores offices who serve a diverse client base of innovative and entrepreneurial companies spanning the technology, real estate, consumer products, asset management and insurance, banking and capital markets, health care and social media industries.
