About Anvika Reddy Nimmala
I’m a detail-oriented construction professional with a focus on cost estimation and project support for commercial construction projects. At LC Contract, I assist with preparing quantity takeoffs, developing accurate estimates, tracking costs, and supporting bid submissions.One of my key strengths is thoroughly reviewing project drawings and specifications to make sure every detail is considered before pricing. I work closely with vendors to compare material and equipment costs, helping ensure our estimates are both accurate and competitive.I believe good communication and collaboration are essential on every project. I enjoy working as part of a team, whether it’s coordinating with project managers, supporting procurement, or helping manage change orders to keep the project on track.I hold a Master’s degree in Construction Management from UNC Charlotte, along with certifications in CAPM® and LEED Green Associate.
