I am part of the Group Carbon Strategy team at Shell. The purpose of role is aimed to develop an understanding of risks and opportunities to the portfolio from society\'s efforts to de-carbonize and the energy transition. The role has evolved my understanding of the carbon intensity metric and associated levers for de-carbonization as well as physical impact of climate risks to Shell\'s assets. In my spare time I have also contributed positively to the E4 program by successfully onboarding startups to the program that is aimed at incubating entrepreneurs that will enable a transition to a sustainable energy future.
