I am a Human Resources Executive at Hail Cabs, responsible for managing employee relations, communication, and payroll. I started as an intern and was promoted to a full-time role, based on my dedication, performance, and positive feedback from both managers and employees. I have also contributed to the hiring, training, and retention of new talent, working closely with the HR team and senior leadership to align our recruitment strategy with the company\'s vision and values. Before joining Hail Cabs, I worked as a Recruiter at WorkIndia, a leading online platform for blue-collar jobs. There, I sourced, screened, and placed candidates for various sectors and industries. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Foreign Trade from Villa Marie Degree College for Women, where I learned the fundamentals of international business, trade policies, and market analysis. My skills include employee relations, communication, payroll processing, and recruiting. I am passionate about creating a positive, diverse, and inclusive work culture for all.
