I am an Executive Coach, People Evangelist, former Corporate VP, OD Specialist and Trusted Ally. Combining intuition with strategic business thinking, coaching know-how, 23+ years of on-the-ground talent transformation experience- I help the individuals and teams I work with realize a higher vision of themselves than what they previously thought possible. I have worked across a broad range of companies and industries, from tech start-ups to manufacturing Giants, BFSI to PSUs, Automobiles to Auditing and Legal Firms, Single Owner Businesses to Fortune 500s – and the list can go on. I enjoy partnering with global-at-heart people to create greater freedom, influence, impact and fulfillment. I also train aspiring facilitators and coaches and mentor micro communities, unrepresented groups and non-profits. I am a visiting faculty with SD Bocconi and IIM- Nagpur for leadership coaching and mentoring. I am a certified professional coach from International Coaching Federation and a certified coach on Emotional Intelligence (ESAP-EI Learning Systems USA). I am also a Certified Assessor ACDC-XLRI, NLP practitioner (ANLP), Everything DiSC (Wiley) practitioner and Dale Carnegie facilitator.
