My career has evolved from hands-on research into commercial leadership, allowing me to bridge deep technical understanding with real-world industry impact.I hold a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry of Materials, where my research focused on polymer systems, thin-film interfaces, and interdisciplinary problem-solving across physics and chemistry, through a Marie Curie COFUND program co-funded by Saint-Gobain Research. This experience shaped how I think and work today: structured, curious, data-driven, and always focused on practical outcomes.In my commercial roles, I apply this technical foundation to lead international market expansion and entry strategies, including the establishment of a distribution center in India to support global growth. I work across commercial excellence, pricing strategy, strategic B2B negotiations, and key account management, particularly in technically complex B2B environments.What defines my approach is the ability to translate complex technologies into clear value propositions. I work closely with sales, R&D, and operations, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility, customer needs, and commercial objectives. This cross-functional perspective enables sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes.I am motivated by innovation-driven industries where technology, sustainability, and thoughtful growth intersect, and I enjoy building structures, teams, and strategies that create long-term impact.
