My role centers around ensuring smooth coordination between trainers and learners by overseeing scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing support- Coordinate and assign trainers to client programs based on availability, profile fit, and contractual requirements to ensure smooth and timely program launches- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers, providing ongoing support, resolving queries, and sharing key program information- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Recruitment, and Program Management, to align on client needs and trainer placements- Onboard and offboard trainers in accordance with internal processes, ensuring a seamless start and finish to their engagement- Monitor training program success by overseeing session scheduling, rescheduling, and replacements to maintain program continuity- Maintain up-to-date course and trainer data on Learnlight’s platform while adhering to internal workflows and deadlines- Analyze trainer needs, skills, and availability to provide personalized support and optimize trainer-learner matches- Collect and escalate feedback, working with the Trainer Quality Team to ensure trainer performance aligns with Learnlight’s quality standards.
