ABOUT ANUSHREYA ASTHANA

Anushreya has completed PGDM in General Management from IIM Shillong in June 2018. She is currently employed at RateGain in the Customer Success Team. Prior to this she was working at BetterPlace in the Growth and Sales function. As part of BetterPlace Money, the fintech vertical at BetterPlace, she was helping companies increase their retention metrics and improve hiring costs through the personal loan offering to the blue and grey collar workforce.She was previously working with Make My Trip as an Account Manager responsible for handling International Hotel Supply. Some of the hotel chains managed by her include Marriott, Radisson, IHG etc. She also has experience with RBL Bank as a Relationship Manager as part of the Business Development Team in Corporate Banking.As part of the course curriculum at IIM Shillong, she undertook summer internship at Nivea India Pvt. Ltd. from April 2017 to June 2017. Prior to this, she has completed Bachelor of Management studies (BMS) from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She was actively involved in extra-curricular acitivities during graduation as well as post - graduation and was a part of the student council at IIM Shillong. She participated in multiple corporate competitions during MBA and her team was the national finalist in Avant Garde- a competition by the Aditya Birla Group.
