About Anushree Nair
As a Counselling Psychologist I am particularly drawn to understanding how early experiences shape adult functioning, and I’m keen on exploring these themes through a trauma-informed lens. As an early therapist, I’m also in the process of discovering my niche, curious about the kind of spaces, concerns, and therapeutic approaches I resonate with most. I’m committed to making mental health care more inclusive, and attuned to the diverse realities people navigate. I look forward to exploring varied therapeutic approaches that can help me meet clients where they are with empathy, flexibility, and care. In addition to clinical work, I am drawn to qualitative research for its ability to center lived experiences and give voice to personal narratives. It aligns closely with how I see therapeutic work, as a space to listen, reflect, and hold meaning collaboratively.
